GUIDLINES & RULES
Due to the popularity of the event, ALL NEW VENDOR CANDIDATES will be reviewed by a committee and must be pre-approved. Those accepted will receive an invoice within two weeks of the deadline on Jan 1, 2025. If for some reason, a vendor cancels their booth, the next candidate in line will be contacted.
Booth set up will be Friday morning from 8am – 12pm. Backdrops, table coverings and lights are not provided. Vendors and/or vendor associates are required to be set-up and present during the entire festival from Friday 12pm – 6pm and Saturday 8am – 5pm. If an emergency arises during the festival that you must leave for, please inform the staff immediately. Any vendor who fails to observe these rules will automatically be restricted from attending as a vendor in teh future. If you have any questions concerning any area, please contact us.
